Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship to? We ship across the European Union. 

How long does delivery take? Orders are delivered within 2-3 working days within Belgium, and 3–7 working days for the rest of the EU.

How do I track my order? Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

My order hasn't arrived. What should I do? If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us at hello@archetypehair.com and we'll look into it right away.


Returns & Refunds

Can I return my order? We accept returns of unopened, unused products within 14 days of receipt. Because our products are personal-care items, we cannot accept returns of opened or unsealed products for hygiene reasons.

How do I start a return? Contact us at hello@archetypehair.com with your order number. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions and a return shipping label.

When will I receive my refund? Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

My product arrived damaged. What do I do? Please inspect your order upon receipt. If anything is damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@archetypehair.com with a photo and we'll make it right.

Are your products safe for all hair types? Yes. Our products are formulated for all hair types. Each product page includes specific guidance on usage and suitability.

Are your products free from harmful ingredients? All Archetype products are sulfate-free, paraben-free, and made with natural ingredients. You can find the full ingredient list on each product page.

Are your products tested on animals? No. Archetype is cruelty-free.


Orders & Payments

What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit and debit cards, processed securely through Shopify.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it? We process orders quickly, so we cannot guarantee changes once an order is placed. Contact us at hello@archetypehair.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.

Do you offer discount codes? Yes, occasionally on specific products. Follow us on Instagram or subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to know.
